Memorial day was this past weekend in the US and while the weather may not have reflected it here in the Northeast, it is the unofficial start to summer!

And it got me thinking… your business should be set up in a way so you are able to enjoy the season! Whether you're juggling kids at home, planning travel, or simply craving a slower pace this year - this is completely doable!

But it does need structure.

As an Online Business Manager who works behind the scenes in dozens of service-based businesses, I frequently see my clients - entrepreneurs, coaches, and creatives - finding themselves stuck in “go mode,” even when life is calling them to slow down.

The truth is, summer doesn’t have to feel scattered. A little bit of planning, supported by strong systems, strategy and team, can make all the difference.

4. Prepare Your Team With a Summer Plan

  • Outline expectations for communication and response times
