During our onboarding process, we’ll evaluate your business needs and I will create a clear plan for which tasks and processes should be taken off your plate. You don’t need to have it all figured out—our strategy sessions will guide you through the delegation process. You should never feel overwhelmed or exhausted with this process.

Your level of involvement is based on your preferences and needs. We start with an initial strategy session and regular check-ins, but you’re free to step back as much or as little as you’d like, knowing that the operational details are handled.

Through the application and discovery call, we will discuss how many hours of support will be needed each month. This is what will be billed to you on the first of each month, for the upcoming month. To begin, there is a minimum of a 3-month commitment.
And no setup fees! Our agreed upon monthly retainer covers all the outlined services. Should any additional services be recommended to enhance specific areas of your business, we’ll discuss them openly to ensure they align with your goals and budget. -
