Nothing about a luxury experience happens by accident.
I'm Kate Sullivan, Systems Strategist and founder of Kate Sullivan Agency. I spent over a decade opening and running Forbes-rated restaurants and hotels. And my job was to make sure that guests had the most bespoke experience without them ever seeing the systems behind the curtain that made those experiences happen.
But there came a point in my hospitality career where I just couldn't do it anymore. My whole life was work, my marriage was falling apart and basically I was miserable.
I had a business idea (this business) and I knew it HAD to work. Enter my scrappy season. And what I turned to so I didn't lose my mind during that season was systems. Getting my business organized behind the scenes brought some much-needed peace into my life, and the system I started with was my funnel. Now, over 5 years later, I know exactly what my week holds before it starts, and I build those same systems for coaches and therapists who are ready for theirs.
